Post internal server error [solved]
9 hours ago, I intended to purchase the famous Grandioso kit from analogue drums' web-site; in fact, I believe the purchase was effective since I was immediately sent a receit by PayPal, but I'm worried that the transaction failed with an internal server error at the point where I should have been redirected... the message was:

well, well... I didn't do anything special compared to the time I purchased the Buckshot kit, and I'm not sure what may have caused such an error!

so, two hours later, I followed the advice above and wrote to the webmaster, but was returned a mail delivery error:

okay: I'm glad it took less than 24 hours to work around this problem...

thanks to the AD team: you're all wonderful people, and your Grandioso kit sounds awesome!

UPDATE AUGUST 18 2011

You may have noticed we've had a couple of problems with the website over the last 24 hours, I've been working with our web people to resolve the problem and I've been personally sending out download links to make sure everyone gets their order. Don't hesitate to get in touch via service@analoguedrums.com if for some reason I've missed sending your download link, it's been a crazy day.
